including Adidas Karate suits, Adidas Judo suits, Accent karate suits Accent
Judo suits, along with the Accent Taekwondo suits. Martial arts clothing
and training equipment from Blitz; Adidas TKD shoes, Blitz martial art shoes
also feature in the range,along with adidas Adilux Shoes, and of course
Tabi boots, Kung Fu Slippers (also known as mat shoes) Zori sandals and
ring boots. All manner of martial art uniforms, Printed Mugs, mousemats

Exchanges and refund policy

Exchanges and refunds - Requesting a returns form.
If you need to return all/part of your order for size/item exchange or
refund purposes, please email
Karate-Kid with details.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (Revised 2002)
Returned goods must be returned to us for exchange or refund within
7 (SEVEN) days of your receipt of the goods and
must be in an unworn, unwashed and resaleable condition. All original
labels must be attached and packaging intact.
PLEASE be aware that exchange or refunds cannot be actioned
UNLESS your completed returns form accompanies the goods.You
will be sent a returns form by email as soon as your request
is received. please let us know which item you require returning
and the correct exchange form can then be emailed to you. IMPORTANT:
Please ensure that you return goods using an insured service,
such as Royal mail recorded delivery/parcel post insured service
or Special delivery. This way you can track you goods, and in
the event of loss by the Post office, you can claim compensation
for the loss. Please note that we are not responsible for goods
returned to us that do not reach us.
Please follow the instructions on the form for returning your goods,
we can take no responsibility for goods that do not reach us and cannot
be traced through either Recorded, special or insured Royal Mail or your
own courier services
PLEASE NOTE: The return postage and packing cost for
exchanging items is £6.00, which will be debited to your
original method of payment at the time of exchange.
Please ensure that you have signed the exchange form to
authorise us to debit your original credit/debit card with the fees due, or
enclosed a cheque in payment of these charges with your returns form and that your cheque guarantee card number is
printed on the reverse.
Damaged or Faulty items
If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us for a returns
form as above - your item will be exchanged at no cost to you or refunded if
requested. When returning damaged/faulty items, please ensure that you fully
complete your returns form so that we can make the manufacturer responsible
for the item aware of the problem. Items returned without a
returns form will be affected in terms of time taken to exchange or refund
as we will have to trace the original order/problem.
Refunds and exchanges can only be made for goods that are returned
in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed, and in a saleable
condition within 7 days of receipt. Please DO NOT attach sticky
tape to boxes - this tears/damages the packaging upon removal making
them unsaleable. Items that are returned without the origina/un damaged
packaging will be subject to a £2.00GBP charge for replacing damaged/missing
original/manufacturers packaging.
International customers - please email us for instructions in event of
exchange of products being required. Return carriage will be charged at the prevailing British
Parcel Force/Post Office rate for the weight of goods concerned and charged to your
original card.
Refunds will be made by the method originally used to place your order -
i.e. If you paid by Credit/debit card your refund amount will be credited
back to your card. Karate-Kid Ltd can take no responsibility for goods
incorrectly ordered. If you are unsure of your size, please check our FAQ's
and SIZE GUIDE prior to ordering, both of which are given for guidance only.
